DESCRIPTION

  • Pure acrylic emulsion with low Tg, that form clear elastic tacky film when dried above 0°C the dried film has aggressive initial tack and good cohesion.

  • Solid Content (1 hour at 105°C) : 53 ±1 %
  • Solid Content (1 hour at 105°C) : 53 ±1 %
  • pH : 6.5 - 7.5
  • Particle size : 0,1 um
  • Film : Transparent very tacky
  • Emulsifier : Anionic/ Nonionic
  • Appearance : White viscous emulsion
APPLICATIONS
  • Suitable for the production of pressure sensitive packaging tapes giving the following properties:
  • Aggressive initial tack
  • Good cohesion
STORAGE

  •  Keep the product in closed drums; to avoid water evaporation and skin formation on the surface.   
  •  In case of skin formation stir well before used.
  • Avoid the exposure of the product to temperature more than 35°C
  • Under these conditions, the product can be kept one year without notable deterioration of these properties.

Compatible with all chemical products used in water-based paints and adhesives.
